IT'S OFFICIAL...

Well, surreal as it all is Josh received his induction into the medical community this past friday and was presented with his "white coat". I was like a proud parent in the audience! He is so excited, but we are both apprehensive about the lifestyle change ahead, and hope that it wont be too hectic.

thank you to my father for the finger on the lense in the pic with josh and me... i also had to include josh's little boy smile in the bottom pic---wanna play dr. anyone?

Ahhh...the white coat ceremony. Fun stuff. But, why is his coat long? Jon's coat, and all the "med students" have short coats. They don't get "long coats" until they have graduated and are in residency. Interesting. Good luck, and it is not as bad as it seems. You may become a "widowed" wife, but it really isn't too bad.

congrats josh! Kate I felt the same way I was so proud. The only thing is I'm pretty sure J.C. Is the only person in his whole class that is married and when they find out he has a baby too they are shocked and thinks he is crazy. Seriously he hasn't meet one person that is married and at Jace's ceramony I was there with about 50 parents. I am so proud of both josh and Jace they both worked there butts off to get to this point. At least they have finally started
